What is the process?

Initial Assessment: Send photos of your airguns to [email protected]. Our experienced staff will review the images and provide you with an initial estimated offer based on the make, model, and condition.

Offer: If you accept our initial estimated offer, we will arrange for a final inspection and test. You can either bring your air weapon to our shop or we can arrange for the collection of the air weapon using our vans, free of charge. Please note that Pellpax reserves the right to decline any air weapon after inspection if it does not meet our standards or for any other reason.

Sale Agreement: Upon successful inspection, we will contact you with a final offer. If you agree with the final offer, we will proceed to complete the necessary paperwork to finalise the sale. If you are unhappy with the final offer, we can return the item to you on our next available delivery run.

Payment: Once the sale is finalised, you will receive your payment promptly. Payment will be sent via bank transfer or as a cheque.
