The Weihrauch HW90K differs from the rest of their line up, in that this air rifle is powered by a Gas Ram system over a standard spring powered action. The gas ram system has several advantages such as quicker lock time, better shot to shot consistency, and it doesn't lose power over time that a spring air rifle does with spring fatigue.

The stock of the HW90 is a beech sporter finished in a walnut stain which really accentuates the grain. The sporter style of the stock incorporates a raised cheek piece to the right hand side, as well as a rubber butt pad to the rear. Checkering is included on the pistol grip to allow a strong grip.

The barrel is Weihrauch rifled steel barrel which is threaded to accept the Weihrauch silencer that comes included. The trigger is an Elite system, which has an automatic safety to help prevent accidental firing, and it can be finely tuned to the shooter requirements.
